Holiday allowance and UWV: Are you getting what you are entitled to?

My holiday allowance is paid in March. However, I am on unemployment benefit for 1 month. Will I still receive the full benefit from the UWV?

If you receive unemployment benefits as of 1 March, the UWV may only take into account income that you have earned since 1 March. The holiday pay that you will receive, you have earned before 1 March. The UWV may therefore not deduct the holiday pay from your benefit.
