In my opinion, my boss spoke in a rather threatening and intimidating manner towards me during a performance review. Words like 'You stick your head above the parapet and he'll be cut off.' I find inappropriate. Can I report this?

Intimidation, psychological violence and bullying are also prohibited under the Working Conditions Act. This act uses the term 'psychosocial work pressure' for this: The employer implements, within the general working conditions policy, a policy aimed at preventing and, if that is not possible, limiting psychosocial work pressure. The legislator understands psychosocial work pressure (PSA) to include: bullying, intimidation and psychological violence, also referred to as: mobbing, bossing, bullying, etc. according to article 3 of the Working Conditions Act (Arbowet).
