Right to 200% payment Hospitality CAO

Questioner

Dear employees, Last holiday I worked. Now the hospitality collective labor agreement has changed as of 2018 and I am entitled to 200% payment/TVT. Now I have worked 5.5 hours and should therefore receive 11 hours. However, the company has deducted 4 hours from those 11 hours because I only worked 1 half day. According to them, I have taken 4 hours because I did not work those last 4 hours. This can't be right? Suppose I had worked 3 hours (out of the 8-hour workday), then I would get 6 hours, but according to the boss I would have to hand in 5 hours. Then I would only have 1 hour left of the 3 hours I would have worked. This can't be right? Assume you get 200% of the hours worked. Can someone explain this to me? Is the calculation of the company correct or am I right? Yours sincerely

Is there really no one who can help me with this?

You are entitled to the hours you have worked plus the allowances. Withholding working hours is not permitted. Rest and break times are your costs.
