Hello I bought a second-hand car from a garage and the cruise control was not working. This would be made and is additionally mentioned on the purchase receipt with a stamp and signature. But now they've been looking for a month and say they can't find it. I think they're stringing me along. What can I do about this?

You must demand compliance with the agreement you have entered into. During the purchase it was clearly agreed that some things would be repaired. Without this repair you would not buy the car.
