Father has just gotten out of debt after three years, now his 22-year-old son, who is in debt restructuring with his girlfriend (not married), wants to move in with his father. Father is not allowed to make new debts, can this or are debts also recovered from father if they live at the same address? Does this also affect girlfriend?
