Day, On Saturday I insured my daughter's new moped at the insurance company's control room. Today they call to say that they do not want to insure it because of the high purchase price (3500 euros?). Now I received a message at 16:00 that I have to find another insurance today or tomorrow because the insurance/coverage expires tomorrow evening at 12:00. Is this allowed? It was accepted, said the control room, and I do not have time to look for another insurance tomorrow because of work.

If you have written confirmation of the acceptance of the insurance, you are insured, otherwise it will be difficult to prove.
