Legal Assistance with Money and Driving License

Questioner

My daughter inherited money from my brother. This money is in an account with a BEM clause. Now she wants to get her driver's license. We allow her to use part of this money for this. On the internet we can find that we have to ask permission from the subdistrict court judge for this. How should we approach this?

You can do this by sending a letter or email (officially: petition) to the subdistrict court judge who has jurisdiction over your place of residence, in which your request to be allowed to use your daughter's money to pay for her driving lessons is explained. The judge may want to speak to you and your daughter, for which you will then receive an invitation. It is important that you have parental authority over your daughter. If not, the request must be submitted by the party who does have parental authority. If the judge agrees, this will be recorded in a judicial decision and the bank must cooperate in paying for the driving lessons.

And where can I find the email details?
