a new geyser has been installed, but it is not working properly. The fan in the appliance is not good what has been found by the manufacturer Valliant. They ensure that a new fan is coming. The installer wants the entire amount to be paid for placing the geyser. We have paid half. And will transfer the other part if the geyser works properly. What am I allowed to do and what not. The geyser costs including installation € 2000.00. € 1000.00 has been paid. Please respond to you

It is normal for a consumer to pay no more than 50% in advance and the remainder after placement. Does it say in the terms and conditions that you have to pay more than 50% in advance? That is against the law or at least it is unreasonably onerous and you can thus annul a provision.
