Rental Agreement and Disputes: Need Legal Advice?

My rental agreement includes article 6 Deliveries and services 6. Additional deliveries to be provided by or on behalf of the lessor for the lessee and services are as follows. - Advance payment for electricity for common areas; - Advance cleaning costs for common areas; - Costs of district manager; - Minor maintenance in the home (service subscription); - Maintenance of built-in kitchen appliances; - Sewer unblocking fund; - Glass insurance I filed a complaint about this with the disputes committee, which reached the following conclusion: The Commission comes to the following conclusion: Despite the fact that the service subscription is part of the lease agreement, the termination has not appeared unreasonable to our committee. In the complex of 34 homes, the complainant is the only one who has objected to the termination. And because Casade continues the services free of charge until the sale after termination, the complainant has been sufficiently compensated. In addition, it is very questionable whether a future owner would be able to offer this product for the same monthly fee. Since it is a non-cost-covering service for Casade and the complainant is the only one who wants to continue his service subscription, it is not plausible that a new owner can offer the same services for an equal or lower price than Casade. In view of the above, the committee is of the opinion that the tenant's interests are not harmed and that the termination of the service subscription is reasonable and fair. I have sent an extrajudicial declaration of annulment against the decision of the disputes committee on the basis of Article 49 of the Dutch Civil Code.3 What action must now be taken to uphold Article 6 of the lease agreement?
