Termination of employment contract with benefits
Questioner
I have a permanent contract and have been working for my employer since November 1st. Since February 1st this year I have had a different position but it has become apparent that this change is not what it should have been and I am very unhappy. A mismatch as my employer describes it. They are now offering me to terminate my contract with mutual consent. They are now offering me to sign this whereby I am given 3 months to find another job. After 3 months my employment will end and I could apply for benefits. But am I doing the right thing. It also states that if my benefits are not approved for whatever reason I will not be entitled to anything.Lawyer
It is possible to terminate an employment contract by mutual consent, while retaining the right to benefits. A good agreement must be made to exclude risks as much as possible. I can help you with this if desired.Take the next step
