Questioner

Have been working for a company for over 45 years and currently work 6 days a week. Now I'll be 65 in June, but I still have to work for 16 months. I made an offer to the company for three days a week. If the company does not agree, the answer was: find something else.

Lawyer

What a jerk of an employer! Treating you like that after 45 years. You are entitled to a reduction in working hours. The employer may only refuse this in the case of serious business interests. He must also have a (very) good story. Given the employer's response and the length of your employment, I advise you to contact a specialized employment law attorney as soon as possible.
