Due to my 65th birthday, my 3-month contract will not be extended. 2 Others in the same company are allowed to continue for another 2 years. We all fall under the company's collective labor agreement, but we were placed by 2 different employment agencies. How is that possible? I would also like to continue.

In both cases, the end term can be determined and the contract ends by operation of law, without you acquiring rights to a permanent contract. You may work after the age of 65 and also on a temporary or permanent basis. However, the employer has contractual freedom to offer you a new agreement.
