Legal Assistance in Disputes with Employers

Questioner

I have entered into summary proceedings with my employer. I have hired a lawyer for this. Eventually, one day before the hearing, I settled. Now my employer is not adhering to the settlement and I still want the proceedings to take place. Now my lawyer is of the opinion that I should apply for a new addition, resulting in a new personal contribution. But my opinion is that this is still the same case and I do not need to apply for a new addition. Has anyone had something similar happen?

Lawyer

Your lawyer is - unfortunately for you - right. There is a new legal dispute, namely the execution of an agreement that was made.
