Due to back pain caused by stress, I can't do my work at work. (Stocking shelves). I have too much pain. The doctor doesn't take it seriously and says that I should just keep working and do something about the stress. The boss says the same. What can I do now? I have a part-time job with a 0-hour contract and a part-time job with a 6-12 hour contract.

You can request an expert opinion from the UWV. The UWV will then decide whether you or the company doctor are right. Since it is a medical issue, the employer's opinion is not so important. The employer cannot assess your medical complaints. He cannot do that either. The ArboDienst/UWV is there for that
