Wajong Benefits and Guardianship: Your Questions Answered
Questioner
Dear reader, My son recently received a Wajong benefit and I am his administrator (my husband too) To what extent do you have to justify this benefit? Does it have to go to court every year? And how are you going to do that? Is it possible to transfer a fixed amount each month (costs of clothing allowance, board and lodging) or do separate receipts have to be kept for everything? I would like to hear from you, would like to handle this correctly. greeting BrigitteLawyer
Is your son of legal age and has the subdistrict court appointed you and your spouse as administrators? Then you must annually account to the subdistrict court. The form for this and also an overview of your tasks and obligations can be found at www.rechtspraak.nl The information is extensive and easy to find via the home page (top left and then click on 'procedure'). Monthly amount of living expenses seems no problem to me; on the form mentioned under 'Expenses' is exactly this item.Take the next step
