Legal advice on reintegration and burnout

Last year I was out with a burnout. I have been reintegrating for 2 months now. During the reintegration my employer criticizes my performance without any substantiation and wants to place me in an improvement trajectory. The behavior of my employer causes me tension and a lot of stress, while I am still being treated for my burnout. Is my employer allowed to do all this? What are my rights?

No, your employer is not allowed to treat you like this. I would contact the company doctor. You can also ask for a conversation (bring someone with you) in which you discuss this behavior/treatment.
