Legal assistance with debts

Questioner

An employee of mine has debts. 10,000 euros to be exact with 9 creditors. Including the UWV. He has now received a letter from the UWV in which he is offered to pay 2 times 500 euros otherwise his salary will be seized next month. Where can he go? And are there agencies that can help him. He himself indicates that he has already knocked on the door of the municipality but they cannot help him. Somehow I doubt his reliability in this. I would like to hear what the possibilities are.
