Questioner

I was approached by a collection agency yesterday afternoon by telephone to ask if I wanted to pay €119 in connection with an internet company that allegedly sells 8-day wellness trips for €69. I had to transfer the money within 14 days, but I didn't trust it, otherwise I would have to cancel it within 14 days. I searched the internet for the company but couldn't find anything. I searched further and came across a site where questions were asked about this company, there were also people who had to deal with this same collection agency and asked for the papers, the answer was: pay first, if not, no papers either. What can I do about this, report it to the police, what are my options.

You are wise to request the agreement that shows that you have to make a payment. Is this not there..? Then you do not have to pay anything.
