I have a contract with a student house. It states: the agreement will start on ...... and will end at the end of the school year of the school where the tenant is registered. Rent cannot be terminated prematurely, only if the tenant provides a new tenant. My question is: can the tenant be obliged to continue renting for a year unless a replacement tenant is found?Lawyer
