Understand Your Rights When It Comes to Child Support

Before my divorce, a divorce agreement was drawn up. It stipulates that my son will continue to live with me and my ex will pay child support for him. The agreement states that she will pay as long as he lives with me and is registered. He has now turned 21 and my ex has stopped paying. Is this correct?

He is no longer a student. But the covenant does not mention an age. Only that he lives with me. So what was the point of his covenant?
