In connection with the death of my mother on 4-12-2017: I want to go to court. My Arag lawyer is not careful and wants to close the case. My reasons: - I receive no or incomplete information from the executor (Sister) - in the 5 months or so before my mother's death, 4800 euros was withdrawn in cash by my other sister (mother's power of attorney/debit card to arrange finances: payments, taxes, etc.) - On April 17, I accepted the inheritance under benefit of inventory. - Since December 27, 2017, the executor has been asking me if I want to contribute to the funeral. My mother had saved up for this. - The executor appeared at the Maastricht Court on 24-07-2018 to provide an explanation. - I still have (asked on 2-5-2018) no answer from her whether the estate is sufficient. Nor what the judge's ruling was. In my mother's will I am an heiress and receive a legacy as well as our two daughters, her grandchildren, a total of 9 people. The executor does not want to hand over these legacies until I contribute to the funeral. Are these reasons sufficient to hire a lawyer in my region myself (free choice) and to involve the judge in this?
