Clothing allowance with guardianship and WSNP - Questions & Answers

DEAR READER WHEN YOU ARE UNDER ADMINISTRATION OR IN THE WSNP, ARE YOU ENTITLED TO CLOTHING MONEY AND IF SO, HOW OFTEN OR TO WHAT AMOUNT IS THIS ESTABLISHED? DO YOU MAY HAVE AN ANSWER TO THIS MVGR

You mention two different situations. When you are under protective supervision, the protective supervisor will most likely include a clothing allowance item and pay it out monthly. But monthly could also be once per quarter, and the amount depends on your income. If you are admitted to the WSNP by the court, you will be assigned a legal administrator. This will calculate the 'amount to be released' and you can use this per month for housing, insurance, clothing, food, etc. Everything above this 'amount to be released' (usually 95% of the social assistance level) is for the creditors.
