I feel misled and see this as an act of revenge to keep me with her (which did not happen). I do not want to acknowledge the child. Now she has threatened to start a lawsuit and I am obliged to pay alimony. The alimony is very high in Germany, in addition to which I already pay alimony for my 3 children in the Netherlands. Is this taken into account? If I have to pay the amount that they ask in Germany, I can no longer live myself. It would be nice if someone could answer me on various facts.

Here is the answer to the only question that is there: the fact that you already pay alimony for 3 children is taken into account. However, you are obliged to do everything to pay the least amount according to the Düsseldorfer Tabelle. This means that you are obliged to take on a part-time job, for example. It does not matter that the pregnancy was perhaps an act of revenge because you do not pay alimony for the mother but for the child.
