Legal advice on vacation hours in case of illness

Questioner

I submitted my vacation to my work in February 2018 for the summer of 2018, 3 weeks, a total of 48 hours. In April I got sick, I have been reintegrating since August for 2 hours a day, that is 8 hours a week, now still. I kept 3 weeks of vacation, but I am still sick for 2 hours and 2 hours a day of reintegration, then I should get half of my recorded hours back, right?

Lawyer

during illness you do not have to take vacation hours. Your employer must continue to pay your wages.

Your employer continues to pay -> fine. However, you do not have to take vacation hours during illness. The employer may not write them off. Not even for those 2 hours that you reintegrate.
