I work at a company that is not doing well... bankruptcy is imminent, but it could also be taken over by another company... What are my rights then? Have been working there for over 20 years, 13-30 hour contract, but have been working the same days and same hours for years... I hope you can help me further. I have the idea that a takeover is not as good as it seems.
