Correcting a cohabitation agreement? Get free advice!

My partner and I have drawn up a cohabitation contract and adjusted wills because according to the notary that was the best. We have now bought a house together and now I suddenly see in the deed that it states that we are registered partners. Should we have that corrected, so have a new deed drawn up?
