Now I have been told that I have to pay the first rent bill for the entire month a week before that. But I wonder if that is correct since I will only receive everything on October 8th? In principle, you must pay the rent at the start of the lease. Sometimes the landlord may ask to transfer the rent earlier as security. I advise you to consult with the landlord and ask if payment on October 8 is possible.
