Legal Assistance for Cancelling Orders

I placed an order through a supplier via the webshop, but now I want to cancel this order. I have not yet received the shipment, but I have already paid. Can I cancel my order as a business customer? This concerns a specific item where the supplier states that it is a specially ordered item and therefore cannot be returned. This is not stated anywhere in the terms and conditions... What are our rights as a company?

You are obliged to comply with the concluded agreement. Only consumers have (also not in all cases) the right to dissolve the purchase if they change their mind. You are only entitled to delivery of the ordered article and only if it does not meet the specifications can you contact the supplier. I am sorry that I cannot make it nicer.....
