the cat of the neighbors regularly comes to me unwanted.. now the last time he also peed. I am handicapped myself so I can't clean it up myself. I spoke to the neighbor about it but she doesn't think it's her problem and she thinks that her cat can just walk freely on the gallery and go to everyone's house. had the biggest fuss about it because I think it's her responsibility. I find this a big problem what can I do about a cat that comes inside my house unwanted? I should be able to leave my windows and occasionally my door open without being bothered by unwanted visitors.
