Legal Advice for Entrepreneurs: Time of Delivery
Questioner
Good afternoon, what a beautiful site!! I have my own company in which I work a lot for private individuals. I work with quotes that I send by email and then I receive the order by email. so also now. an order for placing a product that has to be ordered. this has been ordered and was supposed to be delivered on a planned date. now due to technical problems the supplier was unable to deliver the product on time and came up with a replacement date. now it has again become apparent that this date is also not feasible and a new delivery date has been planned again. because the customer now had to take time off several times without result and also because of the follow-up work that was planned, the customer withdraws the order. which means that I am now left with a product that is eventually delivered but not purchased by the customer. what should i do now? Thank you in advance for your answer yours sincerely,Lawyer
