If my ex paid an amount of 12,600 for the mortgage due and I paid an amount of 5,200 for the same because of little income. The difference must be paid to my ex from me. According to him that is the amount of 7,500 euros but in my opinion it is half of that amount so that we both paid the same amount in the end. Who of us is right? In my opinion if I pay him the 7500 I will have ended up paying 12,600 and he only 5100??

If there is a joint debt and your ex also pays your share for the mortgage due, then a right of recourse arises on the other. If the amount of 12,600 euros is a joint debt that has been paid by your ex and you have paid 5200 of it, then the difference must be shared. You are then right.
