Legal Assistance with Pensions and Salaries

Questioner

I have been working at my current job since November 2015. Since I have been employed I have not paid any pension. My employer told me that he was not obliged to do so. (we do not have a collective labour agreement) However, my employer has been affiliated with a pension fund since July 2018. My employer has chosen to contribute half to both parties. This means that I pay 11.75% pension. This is deducted from my gross salary and of course relates to my net salary. Unfortunately, as of July 2018, I earn a lot less than before. My question: Can my employer, without my permission, register me with a pension fund, resulting in my net salary being lower than before?
