Terminate your provider contract - Legal advice
Questioner
In September I switched from a private customer to a business subscription with my provider. I did this because I need landline telephony for my independent business. Now it turns out after five weeks that the landline is not working properly (tested everything together with the provider) and the provider cannot solve the problem. The landline is part of the internet subscription and that internet subscription has started again for one year, because I have become a business customer. Now I would like to know whether I can legally terminate the contract with this provider, so that I can transfer all my products (telephony, internet and TV) to another provider. The provider says that this is impossible, because the main service (internet) is delivered without any problems. But what if I can prove that I switched to business specifically for the fixed telephony and that this service cannot be delivered? Can I then terminate the business contract?Lawyer
Then the provider is in default and you may try to dissolve. A dissolution must be justified, but it is in my opinion. It seems useful to me if you use some legal support to give your defense body. Moreover, you will then be taken more seriously. Would you like to get in touch?Take the next step
