Legal question about employment contract?

Questioner

I have received a contract in which a salary amount is mentioned. It also states that the collective labor agreement for professional goods transport applies. In the meantime the contract has been terminated but I am not paid after the amount, but according to the collective labor agreement (which has a much lower hourly wage) Is this allowed? fr. gr.

Lawyer

This is not allowed. You must be paid according to the employment contract. The collective labor agreement is applicable, but a salary has been agreed upon and agreed upon between you and your employer. I advise you to notify your employer in writing to pay the agreed salary. If you cannot reach an agreement, I will look into your case.
