Hello, I have question regarding civil proceedings before the court. Process was 2 times exchange of evidences and statements. However, the judge decided to give an extra mile to the other party and requested to deliver specific documents (invoices and reports). The other party delivered additional documents not in the scope specified by the court. Is there any precedent/exception which could be used for “additional” delivery of evidences responding to the additional documents from the other party, given the possibility that we are not certain how the judge will react to the out of scope delivery? You will in any case have the opportunity to respond to those new documents that have been delivered to the court by the other party. In that reaction you can also object to the documents which go beyond the court's order.
