Right of inspection VvE: What is allowed and possible?

As a VvE member, I have the 'right to inspect' VvE documents. I want to take a photo of some documents with my smartphone for my own use (I can't remember everything). These are not documents relating to individuals but rather technical requests for quotations. Question: Can the VvE board refuse this on the grounds that 'inspection' does not mean 'recording/photographing for personal use'?

According to the right of access, you can even request a copy of the data. No data of a third party but that only apply to you. So that also includes the technical quotation requests, because these have an interest in you personally.
