Calculate exempt amount in case of wage garnishment | Legal aid

Good afternoon Wages have been garnished and the exempt amount is €1281. I would like to know whether this exempt amount is correct. We are a couple with 3 children under the age of 10. Receive €120 child-related budget per month and child benefit for all 3. We pay €730 mortgage per month, the monthly refund is withheld. Health insurance is provided through the CAK. I hope I have provided all the necessary information. I do not need an exact calculation. I would just like to know whether this shows that the attachment-free foot can be increased with this. Hi. Thanks for your response. I also tried to calculate it via the site you indicated but I can't figure it out because of the health insurance premium that runs via the CAK and because the provisional monthly refund is also withheld.

I advise you to ask the bailiff for an explanation in the first instance. He is obliged to do so. He must be able to show the calculation so that it becomes clear to you. If it turns out that the bailiff has incorrectly determined the exempt amount (too low), causing you to suffer damage, the bailiff could be held liable.
