Solution for undivided inheritance
Questioner
Undivided inheritance / my mother died more than ten years ago, leaving us with four children. My two sisters and I signed a power of attorney with a lawyer stating that I would handle the affairs on behalf of the heirs. My third sister did not want to sign due to a conflict and probably destroyed the papers. None of us want to have contact with her anymore. Is there a way to resolve this? I once heard from someone that the judge can be asked to ask the third sister if she still wants to act as heir. Is that a possible solution? Or are there other ways? Thank you in advance for your response. Kind regardsLawyer
This is indeed the case, but you could also request the documents from the notary if you are a full heir. And with these documents you can take further steps.Take the next step
