Good day, I have a question regarding Registration of residential address. The situation is as follows: I am currently going through a divorce, my ex-partner and I own a house together in 2 names. All administrative procedures are still ongoing to transfer the house to his name, but I now live somewhere else. Can I still deregister at the address of my home and register at my new address? Or is this only possible once the house has been transferred to 1 name?Lawyer
