If you have been arrested more often for driving under the influence, you can expect an EMA, which is an educational measure for alcohol and traffic. When there is a blood alcohol level between 1.0 and 1.8 per mille (435 μg/l)-785 μg/l), you are required to follow the EMA (Educational Measure for Alcohol and Traffic) course. This course costs €894 and must be paid for by yourself.
