I have a question, I am a single mother of twins and am heavily in debt. I would like to enter into debt restructuring because I cannot manage my benefits myself. I fell in love with someone from abroad (non-EU country). I would like to get married but I know that in my situation the possibility is not there because I do not meet the requirements.
