Legal Advice on Disputed Invoices

Questioner

had a verbal agreement for service in return. Processing administration in exchange for chores, providing care etc. After an argument decided to end this. Now I receive an invoice from 2007 processing administration of 31,500 euros. The work of bookkeeping was about 10 hours per year and my services a multiple of that. Invoice number is not mentioned and enclosed a letter in broken Dutch from someone who pretends to be a lawyer but cannot be traced. Suspicion of forgery. Who can I call on to prove this.
