Legal assistance with authority issues

Questioner

My ex refused to give permission for a holiday in Europe last summer. As well as a city trip for the upcoming Christmas holiday and he has also refused to give permission for the summer holiday of 2019. Obstructing to tease whereby he loses sight of the interests of our children and there is no reasonableness. Now I want to go on holiday with my children next summer and my daughter is going on an exchange with a school next year. Can I start 1 case for multiple permissions or do I have to do this separately? Is summary proceedings the solution or can I start substantive proceedings? I have been advised because of his structural, unreasonable refusals without having a weighty interest in it. If you know that you are x alone during the day, then I would like to remove him from parental authority. The children have had no contact for almost a year, we do not know where he lives at the time after he was evicted, he no longer pays alimony for which has already been seized at the lbio and he does not take any initiative to make contact with the children. Can I start the custody story in one go or do I need to first obtain replacement permission from the court a few times?

Lawyer

If you want to go away for Christmas, I advise you, after your ex has not given permission after a written summons, to request substitute permission from the summary proceedings judge in summary proceedings and also to request general substitute permission. I will gladly help you and represent your interests with verve and at a reduced rate. As far as authority is concerned, there are only possibilities in very serious situations to have a parent removed from parental authority. If you wish, you can contact me directly.
