Help with debt and welfare problems

good evening I have been living on ** for a while now, I had debts that I paid off monthly to the credit bank and I have social assistance benefits at ** and a postal address, but now I have been told that my mortgage will not be extended at **, so I will end up on the street and have to sort it out, now I don't know what to do because without a home I have no money either, I am worried that I will get into debt again, such as a health insurance fund that can no longer be paid
