Assistance with Debt Collection and Seizure

Because I had given a loan to someone of 2000e and I did not get it back I started a collection at juristu. April 12 won the case and the costs were awarded 700e paid to juristu of which 350 were also awarded to the debtor. Now it is more than 8 months later and still no result from juristu. When contacted they say that it is with the bailiff. Juristu asked me for permission 2 months ago to have the household effects seized and I gave them 30 days for the debtor to respond that did not happen and the seizure would be made in the last 30 days I was told but now they suddenly do not know anything about it. I can no longer reach an agreement with them what can I do

Because the levy on the debtor's account has not achieved its goal, the levy would be placed on the household effects, according to the lawyer, the debtor still has 30 days to respond and make payment arrangements. And after the date, the attachment would be made within 30 days. The 60 days have long since passed. I spoke to the lawyer and they say that the bailiff has sent another income form to the bailiff that he MUST fill out, according to her, it is impossible for him not to fill it out. And then they will contact me again, I am told. Can I claim the money back if it has not achieved its goal and can I then choose another collector?

So I can simply send a request to the lawyer stating that I want collection as soon as possible and that his belongings should be seized?

Yes, certainly, and you decide whether or not a payment arrangement is allowed. I find it strange that this was not discussed with you and/or explained.
