Ir/Madam, I have an AO min/max contract for a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 100 hours per month in home care. I had surgery in September and had to Reported sick for 2 weeks. Now it is the case that my employer has only paid out 8 hours for illness while I am certain that I am entitled to more. What are my rights in this?

If you have worked more than 08 hours per month for more than 03 months, then your working hours are the average of the last 03 months. You are also entitled to continued payment of wages for that number of hours.
