Supplement to unemployment benefits: Your rights and obligations
Questioner
The employee whose employment contract is terminated by the employer for reasons that do not relate to her personally, receives a supplement from the employer benefits under the Unemployment Act as well as income from other sources, to the extent that these were not enjoyed at the time of the employment contract, up to the gross monthly salary as that was enjoyed before her unemployment. All this with a maximum of as many months as the employment with the last employer and/or the last pharmacy lasted for full years, but never longer than 12 months. My question is: MUST the employer pay the supplement or MAY the employer supplement this on top of my benefit if my contract is not extended?Lawyer
The editing is imperative. The employer MUST provide the supplement when you meet the conditions.Questioner
What are my conditions in this case?Lawyer
the conditions are in the article. e.g. that you must receive unemployment benefits. That the reason for dismissal may not relate to you as a person.Take the next step
