Hello I bought a business van around October 1, 2018 without warranty from the dealer. The first problems occurred in December, costs around €2000, the dealer does not want to know anything, eventually paid for it myself. Now again problems with the engine, costs around €6500. The dealer does not want to accommodate us. I now have doubts whether the car was good when purchased. What can I do?

You are entitled to a sound car and it seems very likely that this was not the case at the time of purchase. The conformity requirement is not met. I advise you to inform the seller in writing of the defects and to demand repair within a reasonable period. You must demonstrate yourself which defects are involved and that they were there at the time of purchase. If you are unable to reach an agreement (yet), I would be happy to look at your case.
