Legal assistance with hidden defects in a home

Dear, 10 days after purchasing my home, I noticed that the pressure in the central heating boiler was decreasing abnormally quickly. After intervention by the central heating installer and plumber, it turned out that there was a leak in the pipe. The water that was leaking was not visible to me or the inspector who made a building technical report during inspection. The plumber found the leak after excluding causes and due to more water loss after 2 months. The plumber can see from the rust formation on the pipe that the leak has been going on for a while and is therefore a hidden defect. My question is whether I can hold the seller responsible for this hidden defect?

This is not a hidden defect in the sense that the law and jurisprudence give it, but you could nevertheless try to recover some of the damage caused by fraud/error/non-conformity.
