Dear Sir/Madam, On 25-01-2019 I ordered and paid for a microwave via the online store of a large electronics company. The invoice states that it would be delivered within 14 working days. After many phone calls and a delivery of a completely different device (which we immediately refused), we were told this morning after calling again that the order had been cancelled. The amount paid will be refunded and that is the end of the matter for them. We have indicated time and again that we do not want to cancel and that we are prepared to be patient for a while. Finally, we were literally wished success, but with what exactly is completely unclear to us. We are therefore totally dissatisfied with this state of affairs and would like to know what we can do about it. yours sincerely ......Lawyer
You could enforce delivery, but it is possible that the seller, by invoking force majeure, is permanently unable to deliver the product, in which case it stops.Take the next step
